2. Eligibility
Participation in classes and use of our website is open to individuals of all ages, but minors (under 18) must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Membership and Payments
All tuition and fees must be paid on time as per the payment agreement.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Code of Conduct
Students must uphold respectful behavior in class and towards instructors and fellow students.
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination from the program.
Proper attire, including uniforms, must be worn during training sessions.
5. Liability and Waiver of Responsibility
Martial arts training involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
American States Karate is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings occurring on our premises or during sanctioned events.
All students (or guardians) must sign a liability waiver before participating.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be requested in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to our refund policy.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect personal data only for administrative and training purposes and will not share it with third parties without consent.

8. Use of Website
Unauthorized use of our website or attempting to compromise its security is strictly prohibited.
